📦 Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

  • Shipping times vary based-on location and selected shipping method. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Because of the nature of our products, please review our return guidelines carefully.

📚 Personalized & Dedicated Books

All personalized or dedicated books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Books customized with a name

  • Books with a printed dedication

  • Any product made specifically for an individual customer

These items are created uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

📖 Non-Personalized Books

Non-personalized books may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The book must be unopened and in its original condition

  • Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery

If a returned item shows signs of being opened, used, or damaged after opening, the return will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to the shipping process, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or return:

  • You must notify us within three (3) days of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic proof of:

    • The damaged item

    • The original packaging

    • The shipping label

  • The item must show evidence that it was damaged during transit and not opened prior to the damage occurring

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear to be the result of customer handling or items opened prior to reported damage.

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to confirmed transit damage.
